Norvall is the founder of FindaBetterU, an organization that aims to provide mentoring and counseling for teens in educational transition. More than preparing young people for this or that educational institution, notably the Ivy League universities in the United States, FindaBetterU is motivated by the understanding that higher education can change people's destiny. In this week's episode, Brady Norvall is our guest and talks about the origin of his organization, comments on the expectations of parents and teenagers who imagine that the only possible success is built from elite universities - which also involves the conviction of some of us Brazilians on this subject.
